For golden brown French toast, Circulon created this 11-inch griddle for their Elite line of cookware. The griddle's low sides allow the chef to slide hot pancakes straight from the griddle to the breakfast plate. Constructed in hard-anodized aluminum, the square griddle deflects dents, corrosion, and other signs of wear and tear. The griddle's Hi-Low wave technology provides for even heat distribution and efficient heat conduction. A nonstick treatment coats the griddle inside and out for increased ease while cooking and cleaning. To move contents away from the heat source, an 18/10 stainless-steel handle is securely riveted to the griddle's side. Silicone rubber coats the handle for ergonomic comfort. The handle also includes a hole for hanging storage. The griddle sustains oven temperatures up to 400 degrees F for gratins and other baking use. For the best care, wash the griddle pan by hand, avoiding the use of abrasive cleansers and scouring pads on the nonstick surfaces.
